Rules & Regulations / 参赛规则
- Age calculation should be based on year 2019.
- 年龄以2019年计算为准

- Participants below 18 years old must have their entry form signed by a parent / guardian.
- 年龄少过18岁的参赛者其参赛表格必须由其家属或监护人签署

- Number bib must be worn at all times during the race and should be pinned in front of your shirt.
- 竞赛编号布必须从比赛开始至结束都挂在衣服胸前

- All protests related to the results must be made to the organizer within 30 minutes before the official announcement of winners.
- 对于竞赛成绩有任何异议请於30分钟内向主办当局呈报

- The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision and judgement.
- 本赛会细则有未尽善之处主办当局有权增删之

Medical aid will be available at certain points along the way and at finishing point.

Drinking water will be provided at finishing point and for 6km route.

Prize & Medal / 奖杯及奖牌
Top 10 winners from category A-H will receive a trophy.
A组-H组首10名完赛者将获得一个精美奖杯
All runners who complete the run will receive a finishing medal.

T-Shirt and Number Bib / 衣服及编号布
All participants are entitled to an Oren Sport dry fit t-shirt and number bib.

Goody bags will be given to all runners upon completion of the race.
